Darryl Pendleton brings a strategic vision to the Urban Health program, which aims to increase underrepresented students in the health sciences and the health professions by providing programming, resources and support for pre-health and health professional students. The program addresses persistent health disparities in underrepresented populations and improves the quality and availability of health care in underserved urban areas. He also serves as associate dean for student affairs and diversity affairs, and as clinical associate professor in the pediatric dentistry department.
