Angela M. Ellison oversees contract compliance and provides leadership for several school-based health centers, a large USDA SNAP-Ed funded nutrition program, an HRSA-funded Healthy Start program, and a community health worker training center as well as guiding several community engagement activities. She is an advocate for social justice and addressing racial disparities in health and serves on two state-directed committees, community boards and planning tables that are addressing various health and racial equity issues.
